givMe is a powerful search tool that narrows the full givME data collection to a shortlist of potential funding opportunities.

 

How does givME work?

It allows the individual to enter a profile and asks?

  • What kind of award or grant are is being searched for
  • Any other relevant information can also be added

 

It sounds so easy, but what is the best way to approach my search?

Have key information available and start with a broad search that can be narrowed down. Be patient as it will likely take longer than anticipated.

 

Case Study 1

“I am female, looking for financial assistance to attend Whitireia Polytechnic in Wellington, to do a nursing course. I am of Maori descent and my iwi is Ngai Tahu”.
